Going to Sri Kedar Nath Mandir... Himalayas.. Uttarakhand

I am drawn to Sri Kedar Nath Mandir...
in the Himalayas of Uttarakhand..
like a moth to a flame...
going there...

It's an 8th century temple built by
Adi Shankracharya... one of the holiest
Hindu pilgrim sites.. spectacular..
at an altitude of 3584 meters...
amidst towering snow-clad Himalayan
peaks...

Yes, I definitely am a Shiv bhakt..devotee...

    WE SHOULD BOW TO OUR ANCESTORS PARTICULARLY RISHIS TO MAKE EVERY BIT OF SOIL OF INDIA DEVINE. WE R NOT SEEING MOUNTAINS AND RIVERS AS MATERIAL OBJECTS. BUT WE SEE THE CREATOR BEHIND THESE. WE WORSHIP. THAT IS THE BEAUTY OF OUR CULTURE. FOR US GOD IS NOT LIVING ANYWHERE IN HEAVEAN TO BLESS US. HE IS HERE NOW. U CAN FEEL HIM BY VISITING AND WORSHIPPING THESE PLACES.
